Timing guidelines: If this is your first session, a consultation will be completed at the start which can take around 10-15 minutes.

60 minutes: Great for a first session or to work on a larger area of the body.

The Full Body MOT

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentler technique that helps stimulate the flow of lymph fluid through the body.
