This shorter session is perfect for ongoing cycle support or maintenance after your initial visit. We’ll check in briefly, then move into a targeted dry needling protocol based on your symptoms and cycle phase. Each session may look slightly different, depending on what your body needs that day - whether it’s calming, energising, or hormonal balancing. This session is a calm space to tune into your body, release tension, and support your system with minimal hands-on work. *Please note: A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking.
